I feel there's some sort of story being told here, the guy looks like he's deep in his thoughts. He may be sad about something and the picture captures it perfectly. It looks so grey and melancholy and yet so beautiful.

The darks and lights make a good balance and contrast and the reflection in the puddle adds more depth to it. It has an old sort of style, sort of post War era feel to it. The pattern of the street also adds a lot of visual beauty.

It looks like it would be really good for a book or an album cover.
