such a ghostly, foggy painting! and it just makes me want to look deeper into it so i can see the figures that are so abstract you can't quite figure out what they are, even if you have a similar idea of what those figures are, you're never sure...great work!

i like how you seem to have captured the uncertainty, angst, perhaps despair as well just by using this mix of green and gray. lacking detail, the human figures are nameless and faceless- just what most people would think about immigration. the lack of detail may also be interpreted as the similarities among the many different groups of immigrants from many different countries. being an immigrant myself, it makes me think of all the hurdles, the people on the picture will have to go through in their own"'pursuit of happiness." very nice work.
